What does two years of basic support include?
Basic support covers help with the installed system within the agreed support scope. Exact channels, response expectations, warranty responsibilities, and items outside that scope are reviewed with your proposal and handover documents.
What is the optional paid support package?
It is intended for homeowners who want a more involved level of ongoing assistance. Available coverage and terms are discussed for the specific project so you can decide whether it is useful for your home.
Who owns the system accounts after installation?
Account ownership and administrator access should be clear at handover. We review the accounts, subscriptions, user access, and documentation associated with the installed system without placing private credentials in ordinary project documents.
